2—Angel Falls
This incredible photo was taken by Courtney Milne. Angel Falls is located in Canaima National Park, Venezuela in a remote jungle. At 3,212 feet (979 metres high) it is the highest waterfall in the world. For interesting comparisons, it is 16 times the height of Niagara, more than twice the height of the Empire State Building, and three times the height of the Eiffel Tower.
